Terms and conditions
These general terms govern online contracting and are supplemented by the individual contract and, where applicable, Annex I, which sets out the project scope and timetable. If anything is unclear, contact Relógica before subscribing.
If there is any difference in scope, timetable or price, the individual contract and its Annex I, where applicable, take precedence over these general terms.
1. Provider
TELECAJAS A DOMICILIO, S.L., CIF B41915521, Calle Celulosa, 83, 41016 Sevilla, Spain, trading as Relógica. Contact: .
2. Service
Ongoing design, development, publication, hosting and maintenance of a website, as a monthly subscription, per the contracted plan: Plus (up to 5 pages, one language and 1 monthly hours for improvements and updates), Pro (up to10 pages, translation into up to two languages, built-in blog and2 monthly hours for improvements and updates), Business (everything in Pro,4 monthly hours for improvements and updates, translation into up to three languages, recurring payments, Google and Bing setup, advanced forms and a private area for administrators or clients) or Enterprise(ecommerce, complex integrations, bespoke development, databases and custom projects governed by a specific proposal and contract). All plans include hosting, https, mobile-first design, copywriting and images, contact form, WhatsApp button, basic legal pages and technical maintenance.
Included legal texts are technical templates adapted to the information supplied by the client and do not constitute legal advice. The client should have them reviewed by their lawyer, adviser or data protection officer where appropriate.
Included translations cover the plan’s initial pages. Relógica prepares them using translation-assisted tools and editorial review, and the client approves them before publication. Certified or specialist translations are not included. Later content, additional languages and extra pages use plan hours or require a separate quote.
3. Prices and billing
Plus: 49,95 €/month for the first 12 months, then 69,95 €/month. Pro: 79,95 €/month for the first 12 months, then 99,95 €/month. Business: 159,95 €/month for the first 12 months, then 199,95 €/month. Prices exclude VAT, applied at the current rate. No setup fee. The client may choose monthly advance billing or annual billing equal to ten monthly payments for twelve months of service. Under annual billing, the first charge is €499,50 (Plus), €799,50 (Pro) or €1.599,50 (Business); later annual renewals are €699,50, €999,50 or €1.999,50, respectively. Stripe processes payment by card or SEPA Direct Debit where available for the client's country and bank account, with invoices emailed and available in the client area. Future price changes are notified at least 30 days ahead and never affect a commitment period already under way.
4. Duration and initial commitment
The contract has an initial 12-month commitment, which offsets building the complete website with no setup fee and the reduced first-year price. Once completed, the subscription continues on the selected monthly or annual billing cadence and may be cancelled before the next renewal, effective at the end of the paid period. Early termination within the initial commitment makes the remaining monthly fees due, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Onboarding and delivery
- The client selects a plan and makes the first payment through Stripe.
- The client completes the project form with sufficient information.
- Relógica prepares and sends the individual contract for electronic signature.
- The client and Relógica sign the contract.
- Relógica begins work when confirmed payment, a complete and sufficient form, and the contract signed by both parties are all in place.
For SEPA Direct Debit, accepting the mandate does not mean that the debit has cleared and confirmation can take up to six working days. For Plus and Pro, the24 working hours for the first version begin only when all three requirements are met. For Business, that period only covers the first version of the standard public website; special features such as payments, advanced forms, private areas or automations follow the timetable in Annex I. Enterprise and bespoke projects follow their specific proposal and timetable.
Initial delivery includes two review rounds, each submitted as one grouped list within five working days after the relevant delivery. Publication takes place after approval. Time waiting for client information, materials, access, replies or approvals does not count and deadlines are paused until they are received. After 30 calendar days without a response, Relógica may archive the project temporarily and reactivate it subject to capacity.
Before confirming payment, you can review the selected plan, correct your details and read these terms. Online contracting is available in Spanish and English; Stripe identifies the version and URL of the accepted terms and sends an operational confirmation and invoice once payment is confirmed. That payment record does not replace the individual contract, which both parties must sign.
If the client does not sign the contract within seven calendar days after it is sent, Relógica may cancel the order and refund 80% of the first payment. The remaining 20% is retained for administration, contract preparation and reserved capacity. If the order cannot continue for a reason attributable to Relógica, 100% will be refunded. This is without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply to the client.
6. Included improvements and updates
Plans include 1 h/month (Plus), 2 h/month (Pro) or4 h/month (Business) for client-requested improvements and updates, measured by actual time spent. Hours start when the website is published, renew in monthly service cycles aligned with the subscription activation date even when payment is annual, anddo not roll over. The two initial review rounds do not use these hours.
Additional time is purchased in advance in a minimum 10-hour package and then in 10-hour blocks. Relógica states the applicable rate, total price, scope and timing in writing before purchase. No additional work is performed without written approval and prepayment. Usage is recorded in 15-minute increments and purchased time expires after 12 months. New functionality and full redesigns may require a separate proposal.
7. Domain
The client may bring their own domain and its connection is included. With annual billing, Relógica includes the first-year registration cost of one available standard domain; the extension and availability are confirmed before registration. With monthly billing, and for later domain renewals, the current registrar cost and administration fee are disclosed and approved before charging. The domain is registered in the client's name. Upon cancellation, Relógica provides the transfer (EPP) code within 48 working hours of the request.
8. Cancellation effects
During the initial 12 months, cancellation is requested by email or WhatsApp and Relógica checks the commitment terms. Once that commitment is complete, the client can also schedule cancellation from the client area; Stripe makes it effective at the end of the period already paid. Once effective, the website is no longer published or hosted; the client keeps their domain and all content belonging to them (approved copy, own images, brand and data), delivered on request. The developed website as such (design, code and structure) is part of the subscription service unless the client exercises the acquisition option described below.
Website acquisition and transfer option
Website acquisition and transfer are requested and handled manually and can only take effect after the initial 12-month commitment has been completed or settled in full, provided all payments are up to date. The acquisition price is equal to six monthly payments at the plan’s current price published on the Relógica website when the request is confirmed, plus VAT. If requested before the 12 months have ended, the remaining monthly payments under the initial commitment must also be paid.
Delivery includes a functional, editable copy of the code required to publish and maintain the website, the transferable content published on the live website at that time, basic documentation and up to two hours of technical coordination. Third-party or paid materials whose rights or licences do not permit transfer are excluded. The client receives a perpetual licence to host, modify and have the website maintained by third parties. Relógica retains its internal tools, reusable general components, automations and shared systems. Passwords and secrets are not included.
The transfer is completed within a maximum of 10 working days after the request and payment are confirmed. The client receives 14 calendar days of assistance, starting when the transfer is approved, for issues directly related to the migration.
9. Client obligations
To provide truthful information and hold the rights to supplied materials (texts, images, logos), and to use the site lawfully. Relógica may refuse unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights.
Missing information, access, materials, replies or approvals pauses Relógica's deadlines. If an invoice is unpaid, the client has seven calendar days to bring it up to date. Relógica may then suspend the service, and no plan hours accrue during suspension. After 30 days of non-payment, Relógica may terminate the contract; data is retained for a further 30 days to facilitate payment or any delivery required by law.
10. Support
Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during business hours. The target first-response time is 48 working hours for Plus, 24 for Pro and 8 for Business. A first response is not necessarily a resolution, which depends on complexity and third parties. Hosting runs on leading providers (currently Cloudflare); Relógica is not liable for outages beyond its control but undertakes to manage them diligently.
11. Business and professional clients
Published plans are offered exclusively to companies, freelancers and professionals contracting for their economic activity. Online contracting is not offered to consumers acting outside a business or professional activity. Anyone wishing to contract as a consumer must contact Relógica before payment to receive, where appropriate, a suitable proposal and terms.
12. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy. Where the client's site collects third-party data (e.g. its forms), the client is the controller and Relógica acts as technical provider.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules state otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Sevilla, Spain.
