Do you also need appointments and follow-up?
We can explore an online calendar, confirmations, reminders or connections between an enquiry, an appointment and follow-up. These are not automatically included: before you order, we define users, channels, connections, delivery dates and any third-party costs. If the scope needs complex development, we quote it as Enterprise.
The Business 24-working-hour timeframe applies only to the first version of the standard public website, once payment, a sufficient form and both signatures are confirmed. Special features follow the schedule agreed in Annex I. The 4 hours per billing cycle are for improvements and updates; they do not define the scope of the initial implementation.

Questions about the service
What does Relógica need to start?
Confirmed payment, a complete and sufficient form, and the individual contract signed by both parties. For Plus and Pro, the 24 working hours begin when all three are in place. For Business, they apply to the standard public site and special features follow Annex I. Client waiting time does not count.
Is it built from a template?
No catalogue templates: every site is custom-built with standard, lightweight, open code — no proprietary systems that lock you in. That is why they load in under a second and never look like someone else’s website with your logo.
Can my website be in several languages?
Yes. Plus includes one language, Pro up to two and Business up to three, within the plan’s page limit. Relógica prepares the translation and you approve it before publication. New content uses plan hours or is quoted separately.
I already have a website I hate. Can you rebuild it?
Yes, within the plan and at no extra cost: we preserve valuable copy, photos and rankings, then redirect the old URLs so you keep what you earned on Google. Relógica can also migrate content from Wix or similar platforms.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, with Enterprise: ecommerce on Shopify or custom-built, depending on the case. It is quoted and contracted directly because every store is different. Tell us about yours.
