2. What data Relógica processes and why
Contact form and WhatsApp: name, email, phone (if provided) and your message, solely to answer your enquiry and follow up as you request. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Project form and contracting: identity, contact details, business information, answers, content, access details the client chooses to provide, selected plan and evidence of acceptance of the terms. These data are used to assess the request, prepare the contract, build the website and manage the relationship. Required fields are necessary; without them Relógica may be unable to assess or provide the service. Drafts are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure and logos, photographs and documents uploaded by the client are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Do not send passwords, API keys, secrets or credentials in forms or by email; technical access details are requested and handled through a secure channel only when indispensable.
Clients, billing and private area: identification, tax, contract, payment, billing, subscription and access data needed to deliver the service, issue invoices, manage the portal and meet legal obligations. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b), legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) and legitimate interests in account security and fraud or abuse prevention (Art. 6.1.f).
Electronic signature: identity, email, signature, date, IP address and technical evidence generated by the provider to execute the contract and prove its integrity. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations.
Video-call bookings: name, email, time zone, selected date and time, answers you provide when booking and the technical data needed to manage the meeting. Cal.com checks Relógica's calendar availability, creates the event and provides the video call. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Browsing: Google Analytics 4 only loads if you give consent. It processes technical and browsing data to produce aggregate statistics. Details in the cookie policy.
Reviews: the client area offers an official Trustpilot collector so clients can publish an opinion if they wish. Trustpilot receives the technical requests required to display the widget and applies its own privacy policy; you can also open its profile directly from the footer link.

4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Relógica checks for an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards. You may request details of the applicable safeguards from the controller.
5. Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and at most one year after the last contact. Booking data and related notes are retained during pre-contractual follow-up and for at most one year after the last interaction. Uncontracted project forms are deleted or anonymised when follow-up ends and within one year at most. Contracts, signature evidence and client data are kept during the relationship and applicable limitation periods; commercial and tax records are retained for legally required periods. Project files are kept while the service is delivered and for the periods needed to address liabilities, or deleted sooner when no longer necessary. Cookie choices are renewed at least every 12 months.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to or by post to the controller's address, providing proof of identity. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
7. Automated decisions and minors
Relógica does not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing or create marketing profiles. Stripe, Cloudflare or other providers may apply automated fraud, security or abuse controls under their own policies; Relógica does not use those controls for solely automated commercial decisions. Its services are aimed at businesses and professionals; no data of children under 14 is knowingly collected.
8. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied: https across the whole site, providers with recognised security certifications and restricted access to data.
