Before paying, read the terms and conditions. Stripe will ask you to accept them before completing payment. If you do not sign the individual contract within 7 calendar days after it is sent, Relógica may cancel the order and refund 80% of the first payment; the remaining 20% is retained for administration, contract preparation and reserved capacity. If Relógica cannot continue for a reason attributable to it, 100% will be refunded. These plans are contracted for a business or professional activity.
Monthly billing: if you need a new domain, Relógica discloses the registrar and administration costs for approval before charging them.

Initial 12-month commitment (that is why there is no setup fee) and a reduced first-year price for Plus, Pro and Business. After the first 12 months there is no new minimum term: the selected billing option renews monthly or annually and can be cancelled before the next renewal, taking effect at the end of the paid period. Additional time is purchased in minimum 10-hour packages; Relógica states the rate, total and scope before asking for your approval.
Secure payment by card or SEPA Direct Debit. Apple Pay and other compatible wallets appear automatically when supported by the device. SEPA debits can take several working days to clear.
How we get your project up and running.

The first payment starts the contracting process. Then complete a form about what you do, who you serve and what you need; Relógica prepares the individual contract for electronic signature.
We sign and put the work in motion
On Plus and Pro, the 24 working hours begin when confirmed payment, a sufficient form and the contract signed by both parties all coincide. Relógica prepares the complete first version. Business special features follow the schedule in Annex I.
You review, we publish — and stay
You review the proposal before publication. Then we keep the website secure, up to date and ready for the improvements included in your plan.
What everyone asks
Really — 24 working hours?
Yes, for Plus and Pro. They begin when Relógica has confirmed payment, a complete and sufficient form, and the contract signed by both parties. For Business, they apply to the standard public site and special features follow Annex I. See the onboarding process.
Is there a lock-in period?
For the first year, yes: Relógica builds the website without a separate upfront development fee and applies a reduced price for the first 12 months. The first charge is monthly or annual, depending on the selected billing option. After the first 12 months there is no new minimum term.
Who owns the domain?
You. Always. Your domain is registered in your name, not Relógica’s. If you ever leave, you take your domain and content with you, transfer code included. That guarantee is in writing.
