Business includes advanced forms, recurring payments and a private area. Calendars, reminders and additional connections are assessed for your specific needs: we agree the scope, delivery dates and any third-party costs before you order. Plus is €49.95/month + VAT for the first year and €69.95 afterwards. Pro is €79.95/month + VAT for year one and €99.95 afterwards. Business is €159.95/month + VAT for year one and €199.95 afterwards. The listed services are included, with no extra hosting, maintenance or routine change fees.

There is no setup fee. Annual billing includes the first-year registration cost of one available standard domain, always registered in your name. With monthly billing, Relógica discloses the registrar and administration costs and asks for approval before charging them. Connecting a domain you already own is included.

Relógica builds the website without a separate upfront development fee and applies a reduced first-year price. The first charge —monthly or annual, depending on the selected billing option— is made when ordering and the initial commitment is 12 months. After that, the selected billing option continues without a new minimum term and can be cancelled before the next renewal.

Choose a plan and make the first payment through Stripe. Then complete the project form and Relógica sends the individual contract for electronic signature. Work begins when payment is confirmed, the form is complete and sufficient, and both parties have signed the contract. See the full process.

For Plus and Pro, only when Relógica has confirmed payment, a complete and sufficient form, and the contract signed by both parties. For Business, they cover the first version of the standard public site; payments, advanced forms, private areas and automations follow the Annex I timetable. Client waiting time does not count.

Once the commitment is complete, you can request cancellation by email or WhatsApp and Relógica handles it without retention calls. Your domain and content remain yours, and the transfer code is supplied within 48 h. The website stays live until the end of the paid period. After the first 12 months, you can also purchase an editable, transferable copy of the website.

Yes. After completing the initial commitment, you can purchase an editable, transferable copy of the website for a one-off payment equal to six monthly payments at your plan’s current price published on the Relógica website, plus VAT. This includes the code required to publish the website, its transferable content and basic documentation. See the full terms.

Send the request by email or WhatsApp and Relógica records the time actually spent: 1 hour on Plus, 2 on Pro and 4 on Business in each monthly Stripe billing cycle. Hours do not roll over. Additional time is prepaid in minimum 10-hour packages; Relógica states the rate, total and scope for approval first.

Prices are + VAT. You receive an invoice with VAT itemised for every charge, deductible if you are a business. Payment is processed securely through Stripe by card or SEPA Direct Debit. The first SEPA debit can take up to 6 working days to clear; confirmed payment, a complete and sufficient form, and a contract signed by both parties are all required before work begins.
